- You are eligible for a refund if you experienced a technical issue that prevented reasonable use of the Services and our support team could not resolve it within a reasonable timeframe.
- Refunds are not available for usage-based fees already incurred by successfully processed analyses, reports, or storage.
- Refunds apply to the most recent billing cycle only unless required by law.
3. Trials and Cancellations
- If you are on a free trial, you can cancel anytime during the trial with no charges.
- For paid plans, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
